Test

Usability test feedback (5 interviewers)

To ensure my design is on the right path and identify deficiencies

  1. It would be beneficial to include details like one's health status, medical history, weight, and height.

  2. The information page needs to include additional details like the previous owner and life expectancy.

  3. Adding a call to get more information for an option is more convenient to some users.

  4. The button in the image needs to work properly.

  5. Adding the home button after the completed schedule would be intuition.

  6. Age needs to be specific.

  7. There’s no option to select time when scheduling an appointment.

  8. It is unclear if the pets are suitable for beginners or not.

  9. After finishing the appointment, the location of the shelter/store did not appear.

  10. There are some words that are incorrect.

Conclusion

After conducting usability testing, I received valuable feedback that validated my ideas and provided inspiration for improving the design and bringing the product closer to completion.

Future

From now on, I will utilize the feedback to generate new ideas for improving the design. I will then conduct another user test to evaluate the impact of the changes.
